Brookfield Properties has closed on its $13.25 million buy of a Uniondale workplace constructing.
The Manhattan-based developer is planning to demolish the prevailing 98,000-square-foot, two-story workplace constructing on 6.5 acres at 107 Charles Lindbergh Blvd. and construct a 114,000-square-foot, one-story logistics advanced for an unnamed e-commerce tenant.
The City of Hempstead Industrial Growth Company accredited financial incentives for the $33.8 million redevelopment venture this spring.
Brookfield is aiming to start out development this summer season. The venture will take between 12 and 18 months to finish.
The vendor is Dr. Shahrokh Abiri, a Brooklyn-based radiologist and actual property investor, who bought the long-vacant Mitchel Discipline workplace constructing for $5 million in 2017. The property has an underlying floor lease with Nassau County.
Yehuda Goltche and Itan Rahmani of Manhattan-based Enterprise Capital Properties represented the client, in addition to the vendor, within the gross sales transaction that closed this week.
